Supplies needed:
Scrapkit of choice - I used my own portion of the Digital Chaos Store Collab, SBJ_DCGrandOpeningCollab.
If you use another scrap kit, you will need 2 papers, a frame, glitter, and accents.
Tube or Image of choice – I am using an awesome tube by Fred Winkler, www.fredwinkler.co.uk . You can currently purchase his work at CDO
Font of choice – I am using “Quill”, but you can use any font you like.
Mask of choice – I am using DBV Mask 130
Plugin – Optional - Eye Candy 3.1: Glow (Free to Use).
Optional – Xero: Porcelain (Free to Use)

This tutorial is written using PSP X2, but should be easy to do on other versions. It is written assuming you have a general working knowledge of PSP.
Let’s get started!
First, open a new canvas 500 x 500.
Optional – flood fill canvas white to better see what you’re doing. I usually do this, but then delete the white layer before saving the tag.
Open SBJ_Paper11, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Apply DBV Mask 130, merge group.
Save.
Open SBJ_Glitter_2, resize 90%, copy and paste onto your canvas, above the masked layer.
Add a small drop shadow to your glitter layer. I used 5, 5, 40, 5, black. Save.
Open SBJ_Paper4, copy and paste it onto your canvas. (Should be your top layer.)
Open SBJ_MarbleFrame_2. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Duplicate.
Using your Magic Wand tool (feather:0), click inside the frame.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 15. Selections>Invert.
Activate your Paper4 layer and hit delete. Selections>None. Save.
Open your tube. Copy and paste it onto the canvas. Resize as necessary.
Move it so that it’s between the two frame layers.
Optional: Apply Xero: Porcelain, using the default settings.
Add a drop shadow to your tube. I used 5, 5, 55, 8, black and 5, -5, 55, 8 black. Save.
Activate your top frame. Erase the parts that cover your tubes head and any other parts you want “coming out” of the frame.
Activate your tube layer. Erase any parts that show past the bottom of the frame. (See my tag for example)
Activate your purple frame layer (the one that’s intact, below your tube layer). Add a drop shadow. I used 0, 0, 100, 12, black.
Save your progress.
Open SBJ_Rose_2, resize 50%, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Image>Mirror. Arrange at the top left of your frame.
Add a drop shadow. I used 5, 5, 40, 5, black. Save.
Open SBJ_Candles in Stand_2, resize 65%, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Arrange at the bottom right of your frame. It should be your top layer.
Add a drop shadow. I used 5, 5, 40, 5, black. Save.
Add a new layer above the candles.
Activate your picture tube tool. Choose the Fire_10 tube.
(If it didn’t come with your PSP, you can get it from Corel. I think it’s in the Halloween set.)
Set the scale to 20 and leave the other settings at default.
Use it to place one flame above each candle wick. If you get one you don’t like, just hit Ctrl+Z to undo.
The tubes will each go on the same layer, unless you add a new layer for each one.
Save.
Open SBJ_Ribbon_2. Resize 60%, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Free rotate 20 degrees to the left. Image>Mirror. Arrange on the right side of your frame.
Move below your candle and tube layers.
Add a drop shadow. I used 5, 5, 40, 5, black. Save.
Duplicate the ribbon layer. Image>Mirror. Image>Flip.
Make it your top layer.
Erase the portion of the ribbon that is covering your tube’s face.
Wherever you start erasing the ribbon, make sure you erase it all the way to the end. See my tag for reference.
Add your name in font of choice. Apply gradient glow (optional) and / or drop shadow.
Add your credits and license number (if applicable).
Save as .png and you’re done!
