Supplies needed:
Scrapkit of choice - I used my own PTU kit “Blue Dreams”. If you’re interested in purchasing the kit, visit Digital Chaos.
Scraps needed: 2 papers, frame, leaves or doodle, flower or other accent
Tube or Image of choice – I am using an awesome tube by Jamie Kidd, http://www.jamiekiddart.com/. You can purchase her tubes at CDO. Do not use her work unless you have purchased the right to do so.
Font of choice – I am using “Pointed Brush”, but you can use any font you like.
Mask of choice – I am using BeckyMask22
Plugin – Xero: Porcelain (Free to Use)
Optional - Eye Candy 3.1 Glow (Free to Use).

This tutorial is written using PSP X2, but should be easy to do on other versions. It is written assuming you have a general working knowledge of PSP.
Let’s get started!
First, open a new canvas 500 x 500.
Open Paper29, resize 60%, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Apply BeckyMask22, merge group.
Open Paper07, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Open Frame03, resize 65%, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Activate your magic wand tool (tolerance & feather set to 0), click inside your frame.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 6. Selections>Invert.
Activate your Paper07 layer, hit delete. Selections>None.
Copy and paste your tube above your frame layer. Resize as necessary.
Apply Xero: Porcelain to your tube. Use settings 50, 128, 128, 0, 0, 0 (Default settings, except blue value is changed to zero).
Add a drop shadow. (I used 5, 5, 55, 8, black, and then 5, -5, 55, 8, black.)
Duplicate your frame. Drag the duplicate frame above your tube. Erase the parts of it that cover up your tube, except at the bottom, so it looks like your tube is coming out of the frame.
Back on your tube layer, erase the parts of it that show below the bottom of the frame.
Save your progress.
Go to your original (bottom-most) frame layer. Add a drop shadow. I used the 0, 0, 55, 12, color black.
Open JewelDoodle2. Resize 75%. Copy and paste onto your canvas. It should be just above your mask layer. Move it towards the bottom.
Duplicate your JewelDoodle layer. Image>Mirror, Image>Flip. Merge the 2 doodle layers together. Add a drop shadow. I used 3, 3, 45, 5, black.
Add your name in font of choice. Apply gradient glow (optional) and / or drop shadow.
Add your credits and license number (if applicable).
Save as .png and you’re done!

Here's another example - in this one I've used a different frame and added a couple of flowers as accents.
